Glennon helped us arrive at an agreeable settlement which was entered as a court order without the need for protracted and risky litigation.

Mediation Rooted in Cultural Intelligence
IMADRI was founded on the principle that effective dispute resolution requires more than legal expertise — it demands genuine cultural fluency. Our founder brings over 20 years of legal experience and a multicultural background spanning four continents to every engagement.
With a BA in Government and International Relations with a focus in Peace Studies from the University of Notre Dame (USA), a JD from Temple University School of Law (USA), a Specialist Masters in Public and International Law from the University of Melbourne Law School (Australia), certifications from the University of Cape Town Law School in Civil and Commercial Mediation (South Africa) and Johns Hopkins University in AI Business Strategy (USA), and recognition as a Rotary International Ambassadorial Scholar (sponsored by the South Bend, Indiana Rotary Club, hosted by the Toorak, Victoria Rotary Club), IMADRI offers a uniquely global perspective on dispute resolution.
Our proprietary methodology goes beyond language interpretation. Each IMADRI engagement is led by Daniel L. Glennon and supported by a culturally matched Bridge Team assembled for your specific dispute — including professionals who share cultural backgrounds, understand implicit communication styles, and can navigate the unspoken dimensions of cross-cultural conflict.

Why US-Africa Commercial Disputes Require a Different Approach to Mediation
As trade between the United States and African markets accelerates, so do the commercial disputes that inevitably arise. Understanding why standard Western mediation frameworks often fall short — and what to do instead — is essential for any practitioner or executive operating across this corridor.
Culturally Matched Mediation™: The Five-Role Bridge Team Model
When two parties share a language but not a culture, standard mediation fails. IMADRI's Five-Role Bridge Team Model provides a systematic framework for staffing cross-cultural mediations that produce agreements which actually hold — within the communities they serve.
